If you are an energetic, qualified Leasing Agent who is passionate about being on the front line for all prospective tenants and wants to provide a positive and informative sales experience to every client, then we encourage you to read on.  Representing the NVision brand and image, this position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and will have primary responsibility for guiding project registrants (prospective tenants) through the entire sales funnel to a confirmed lease.

What does our ideal candidate bring?

With a minimum of two years recent, strong customer service and sales experience in a leasing environment, the Leasing Agent will bring knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) and excellent interpersonal communications skills to this role.  The successful candidate will be diligent about the details and understand the urgency required to finalize contracts for this project, maintaining positive and professional business relationships at every step of the process. 

The Leasing Agent will complete prospecting calls, qualify potential residents and stay current in a competitive market in partnership with the marketing team and by shopping the competition, maintaining an up to date inventory and an accurate CRM database and consistent reporting.  Of course, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational abilities and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
