United by a relentless pursuit for the best, our team is comprised of experienced construction, design and project management professionals, along with some of the city’s most seasoned field staff. We take pride in building each home as if it were our own.
A company is only ever as strong as the people behind it. At Abstract, we put the same emphasis on choosing our team as we do designing our developments. By carefully selecting professionals with the skills and personalities to complement and enhance our company, we have built a diverse team of individuals who are unified in their passion for creation and development.
Since Abstract’s humble beginnings, one thing hasn’t changed; our commitment to hiring and promoting within Victoria. Today, we employ more than 50 full-time employees year-round. From executive and management, to a skilled construction team, Abstract offers a competitive living wage and unmatched opportunities for growth for our employees.
Our collective focus is tireless in creating residential and mixed-use developments that will shape Victoria’s landscape and create spaces that will serve people in Victoria for today, tomorrow and generations to come.
