Brian Bailey

As the Vice President of Construction, Brian oversees the Construction team at Abstract Developments, acting as the key point of contact between ‘the site’ and our corporate office.

Brian brings nearly three decades of experience in the construction and development industries to Abstract. During his career, Brian has held various positions, from Contractor, to Developer, Owner, and now VP of Construction, concentrating on residential and mixed-use projects. After spending his entire career to date in Alberta, Brian made the move to Victoria in 2022 to join the Abstract Team.

Brian’s keen eye for detail and process, expertise in the industry, and all around positive and fun demeanour make him an invaluable asset to the Abstract Group of Companies.

Outside of the office or away from one of our many construction sites, you’ll find Brian enjoying the great outdoors with his family — from hiking and biking to camping and kayaking, Brian enjoys all of the nature activities that Victoria has to offer.
