Questions & concerns

  • What proportion of units is anticipated to be 2 bedrooms?
    • How big will these units be? Will the bedrooms suit double / queen size beds?
  • Does Abstract Developments have any future plans for development West of the subject site?
  • Concerns on traffic and addition of cars surrounding the development and on McRae
  • Believes there is lack of concern towards the environment
  • Shading and privacy concerns
  • Suggestions: 3 or 4 storeys and parkade entrance off Shelbourne St
  • What are the plans for traffic through the neighbouring streets?
  • Are the parkade walls set back from the property lines?
  • Would like to see an alternative to concrete planters and distinctive architecture
  • Is there extra storage, will there be bike storage/parking and EV chargers?
  • Desire to see common space in Abstract projects
  • Have we / will we be conducting a shadow study and will neighbours have access to this study?
