Kait is a driving force behind Abstract Development’s executive team. From her role as Director of Sales she helps shape the initial concept of each new project, onto bringing the concept to market and leads the sales team in working with new homeowners.
Kait began her journey with Abstract over 7 years ago as a Sales Coordinator, working her way through different positions before transitioning to Director of Sales in 2024. In her role, Kait oversees the Sales Team and everything from our Home Store operations through to sales strategy and guiding our purchasers through the homeownership journey. With her extensive experience in all areas of the company, Kait is the go-to person for all things Abstract and we can always trust her to guide the company to success while simultaneously keeping in mind what’s best for our homeowners.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find Kait spending time with her husband and two children, enjoying the outdoors or spending time with her loving extended family.
