Gorge Waterway’s ‘Brooke’ townhomes wow the market as ‘missing middle’ options in Victoria find their stride

Abstract Developments’ Townhome Collection has released a spectacular homeownership opportunity along Saanich’s Gorge Waterway as part of its growing roster of new-build Greater Victoria ‘missing middle’ home offerings, Citified has learned.

Last fall, the Victoria-based builder-developer announced its multi-project Townhome Collection spanning a cross-spectrum of pre-sales throughout the Capital, with prices starting at $699,900 at its move in-ready Willow + Glen community on the West Shore, $909,900 at the move in-ready Greyson project in Saanich, and at the time, hints of an upcoming development with water views.

This week, Abstract officially announced the third and pinnacle addition to its ‘Collection,’ known as Brooke. Priced from $1,150,000, the up-market, luxury release of 25 three-storey townhomes on the Gorge Waterway with picturesque water views features three and four-bedroom layouts in an ideal location close to transit routes, shopping, and one of the most picturesque waterfront pathways in Victoria.

Brooke is among Abstract’s most anticipated townhome developments in the company’s quarter century of building new residences on southern Vancouver Island. Traditionally a single-family-home neighbourhood, Saanich’s Gorge Waterway district is a coveted area among locals, with some of the most beautiful views in the region, and a waterfront walkway that is second-to-none as it winds its way between parkland and bridges. This community is a hidden gem in Victoria, and we believe Brooke has been well worth the wait.
